Meat Goats of Texas

We’re very excited about this opportunity to work with you. We look forward to creating the resources you need to help you better connect with potential customers. Together we will create and deliver the best solution possible within a budget that works for you.

Thank you for allowing us to submit this proposal to you.

How We Work

WIN TOGETHER

We believe in establishing a “win-together” relationship that’s built around transparency. We are focused on developing strategies with you that will contribute to your success within your budget while delivering on the expectations that we set together. We leverage our resources so you’re freed up to meet organizational demands elsewhere.

 Alignment

We believe in diving deep into what makes each of our clients’ businesses unique, the specific problems their products or services solve, and most importantly, the metrics from which we will measure success. We use this knowledge to develop the most impactful and efficient results possible. With strategies rooted in thorough research, you can trust that you’re making the best decisions with your budget.

Storytelling

One of the keys to creative execution is creating a desire that’s based on emotion, as well as logic, for your product or service. A well-crafted story that clearly expresses why you do what you do, how you do it, as well as logical reasons for purchasing your product or service, is almost always the most effective way to connect and engage with your audience.

Overview

PROJECT OVERVIEW + OBJECTIVES

Meat Goats of Texas (MGoT) is in need of some core-level marketing, namely a website, to help legitimize their business to potential customers.

Project Objectives:

  • Create a website that will introduce and legitimize the business to potential customers
    • Provide background information on the business
    • Include photos/galleries to showcase livestock
    • Provide clear calls to action/contact info

Optional Objectives to Consider:

  • Use advanced strategies to elevate the perceived value of MGoT’s goats and optimize sales potential

Please Note: A discovery session will be required to define the project objectives further and to align our teams on project goals. The result of the discovery will help to determine individual project timelines and may also affect the quoted price.

HOW THE OBJECTIVES WILL BE MET

DISCOVERY

Our inclusive process will help us to align the project goals and determine the key milestones and deadlines.

  • Project Brief: The project brief is the result of our kickoff/deep dive meeting with you. It will allow our team to better understand your business, your product or service, as well as the market landscape your brand is a part of. This meeting will define the following:
    • Project Goals: Establish what are you looking to achieve as a result of this project as well as identify deadlines
    • Company Profile: Understand what is it that you do/provide to your customer, what is your purpose and vision
    • Target Audience: Define who your ideal customer is, detail your customer avatar
    • Brand Personality: Determine your brand’s character and how it should look and feel, speak, and act
    • Company/Brand Image/Reputation: Identify your brand’s current image and reputation and highlight any changes that should be made
    • Market Position: Identify key competitors and your current market position
    • Inspirations: Highlight any reference points that may provide insight

Brand Strategy

Brand Script: Our Brand Script process will help to define your unique selling proposition (USP), clearly articulate the problem your audience faces, as well as establish you as an authority on how to help them solve that problem. This process will enable us to develop the following:

  • A powerful, emotionally-charged narrative that clearly establishes:
    • Why the consumer should care about the problem(s) you solve
    • Your brand as the guide that will help enable them to solve their problem(s)
    • Why you are the right choice for them
    • The steps your customer needs to take and specific language that will get them to take action
  • Write headlines, taglines, and primary and secondary calls to action for use within the marketing strategy
  • Create a unique, authentic brand voice that distinguishes your brand from competitors
  • Build a foundation for ongoing content within websites, advertising, and other marketing
