We believe in diving deep into what makes each of our clients’ businesses unique, the specific problems their products or services solve, and most importantly, understanding who their target audience is, in order to develop the most efficient messaging possible.

We develop marketing strategies within a 5 pillar framework created by our team. Our 5 pillars specify how your product will be found, how the prospect will understand it, identify with it, come to trust it and your company, make a purchase from you, and talk about and share your brand with others.

Marketing Strategist

We work with John, the owner of LeadPlan Marketing, through a partnership that allows us to provide a unique one-two punch of brand messaging and strategic marketing for our clients. John has helped market and scale over 200 companies in various industries over the past 10 years. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of LeadPlan Marketing, the host of “The Marketing Fundamentals Podcast”  and the creator of the “5 pillars of sales conversions” formula used within all of our marketing strategies.

 

MIKE HARDY

Brand Strategist & Creative Director

An award-winning brand strategist with more than 20 years of experience in roles ranging from print produc-tion to high-end creative direction, Mike prides himself on understanding how to motivate audiences to take a desired action. Over the years, Mike has amassed numerous accolades, including more than 50 Addy Awards, while working with global brands such as Starbucks, Duracell, Harley-Davidson, Procter & Gamble, MillerCoors, Kroger, Ace Hardware, and Polaris.

Beth Barbaglia

Project Manager

Often referring to details as her “love language,” Beth utilizes her keen organization skills to champion project management for our clients. With her passion for helping others to bring their strategic goals to life, Beth brings a level of genuine excitement and optimism to each project. Her witty personality and off the cuff humor makes her a joy to work with on our team.

Overview

Eceutica is looking for a marketing partner to help establish their exciting new products within the marketplace. The project will be broken into several phases beginning with a Startup Rollout, designed to produce results quickly to maximize ROI and gain brand recognition.

Project Objectives

  • Drive online sales via focused messaging within strategic marketing tactics
  • Achieve measurable metric goals (TBD in Discovery and Strategy phases)
  • Develop the narrative that incorporates emotional and logical reasoning and establishes how Eceutica’s products solve specific problems for customers
  • Create a strategic marketing plan that maps out tactics and timeframes for implementations, built on achieving agreed-upon key metrics
  • Execute tactics necessary to bring new strategy to fruition, utilize internal resources as appropriate, maximize initiative budget

Please Note: A discovery session will be required to define the project objectives further and to align our teams on project goals. The result of the discovery will help to determine individual project timelines and may also affect the quoted price.

HOW THE OBJECTIVES WILL BE MET

PHASE 1: DISCOVERY

  • Our inclusive process will help us to align the project goals and determine the key milestones and deadlines
  • Review current brand assets and messaging/content
  • SWOT analysis of key players in marketplace
  • Keyword research
  • Record all findings within the discovery brief

PHASE 2: Strategy

  • Develop a P5 marketing strategy, which will include a plan for:
    • How prospects will find you
    • How prospects will know you
    • How prospects will trust you
    • How customers will buy into you
    • How customers served will talk about you

  • Creation of a story-centric brand script conversion strategy, from which we will develop:
    • A powerful, emotionally charged narrative for Eceutica that clearly establishes:
      • Why the viewer should care and determine the internal and philosophical problems you solve
      • How you are the guide to help your customer in solving their problems
      • Why you are the right choice for them
      • The steps your customer needs to take and specific language that will get them to take action
    • Headlines, taglines, and primary and secondary calls to action for use within marketing strategy
    • A unique, authentic brand voice that distinguishes Eceutica’s products from other options in the marketplace
    • Foundation for ongoing messaging within advertising, and other marketing
  • Organic SEO/traffic Strategy, which will include:
    • Create a content strategy and calendar based on keyword research
    • Formulate and execute a backlinking strategy
    • Optimize meta tag descriptions within website
    • Optimize ALT tags and titles within website
    • Monthly reporting on SEO and conversion rates
    • Adjust strategy as needed to optimize results
  • Create an influencer marketing strategy
    • Locate appropriate partner with audience that fits product line
  • Develop a selling proposition that is unique to Eceutica’s products
  • Establish the tactics and deliverables needed to meet core objectives
  • Creation of project plan to organize all tactics and maintain timetables
  • Creation of marketing plan with proposed budget allocations

PHASE 3: Asset Creation

  • Create a new Amazon Store for Eceutica, including:
    • Amazon Platform Setup
    • Proper Product Setup (for each product)
    • Brand Registry
    • Amazon PPC/Marketing Campaigns
    • Pricing/Promotion Analysis and Planning
    • Resolve Issues/Navigating Amazons Help Services
    • Detailed Amazon Reporting
    • Customer Service/Sales Followup
  • Leverage current assets and design new assets as required such as:
    • Utilize product mockups/visuals and purchased stock photography
    • Create any print and digital materials needed
      • Creation of ads (print, digital, online)
      • Landing/Conversion pages
        • Copywriting (headlines, calls to action, etc.)

PHASE 4: Implementation & Project Management

  • Creation of an annual marketing calendar that maps out the rollout, ongoing implementation, and budget allocation for each tactic
  • 90 rollout of the new strategy in coordination with Premark Health Science
  • Provide ongoing project execution management, ensuring tactics are being delivered on time, according to the annual marketing plan calendar
  • Ongoing status updates and regroups (frequency TBD)
